Drop in Yoga Classes Tuesday 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm (6:45-7:45 starting 11/5/19)

 Very gentle, basic yoga with emphasis on breath, identifying your innate guidance, and use of props to adapt the practice to you.  No experience necessary

Drop in Meditation Classes Tuesdays 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm (starting 11/5/19)

A mix of finding and maintaining stillness and guided meditations. Class starts promptly; to honor stillness, no late admittance. No experience necessary.

Advanced Holistic Health

Yoga for Arthritis - Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Gentle postures designed to help free the joints, increase range of motion, and reduce inflammation. No experience needed.

Stress Relief - Wednesday evenings from 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm. 

Very gentle, restorative yoga poses with breath work and guided meditation, designed to help de-stress, decompress and let go. No experience needed.

Private Instruction

Private yoga instruction available.  If you have room and at least five friends, I’ll come to you.  With at least five paying friends ($10 apiece), the host practices for free.  Plan around an hour and a half.


Basic techniques, guidance through difficulties in achieving stillness and comfort in extended periods of meditation.  Specialized guided meditations and yoga nidra.

Private meditation sessions are available, are typically an hour long, and can include individual instruction, guided meditations specifically designed for individuals or groups, yoga nidra, guidance in using meditation in tandem with other available modalities.  $25.
